Graduate Program Application Process

Deadlines for Admission

January 15 for the summer and fall terms and September 1 for the spring term. To be considered, ALL materials need to be received by the deadline.

Send to the Admissions Office (Campus Box 2200)

a completed graduate application form
two copies of official transcripts from all institutions which the student attended
scores from the Graduate Record Examination (GRE)

Send to the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders

departmental recommendation forms (two letters are required for the M.S. program, three letters are required for the Au.D. program)
student profile form
